Version 2 of Content Translation introduces new mechanisms to encourage content review: publishing can be prevented for cases where the initial translation remains almost unreviewed for the whole document (T190283), and the published page is added to an unreviewed content category (T190798) when some paragraphs exceed a certain threshold for unreviewed content.
These mechanisms are useful in general, but it is not clear how convenient it is to apply them also for content that is published under the user namespace. Since the user namespace can be used for experimentation, these mechanisms can get unnecessarily in the way.
Having some numbers on how many incidences of such cases are currently happening could also useful.
