In T206936, I requested enabling autopatroller, patroller and rollbacker rights for srwikiquote, and yesterday it was enabled.
I got report from few users which are active there, to they only can patrol new pages, no changes.
I would like to enable RC Patrol for this wiki. Community-consensus-needed is not needed now.
