Description

I just created an admin document in Wikitech following an IRC conversation we had on IRC:

The document is incomplete in the content since there is knowledge I don't have. I'm hoping that other folks will contribute :-) So it's still marked as draft.

I'm opening this task for reviewing and polishing the wiki page.
