CX2: Disabling ULS (Ctrl + M) has no effect

Current issue: My keyboard is Inscript (Language: Gujarati) while translating articles using CX2. Whenever Ctrl + M pressed, language should be fallback to default keyboard (English here).

Expected: Ctrl + M should switchback to default keyboard.

Ah. This seems fine with debug=1. Can anyone test this again?

I have observed the exact same behavior. Ctrl + M works only in debug mode.

I also see nothing useful in console logs too.
