Why are we doing this?

3 of 5 new users trouble noticing the article toolbar during testing and therefore relied more heavily on the article overflow menu, and had a hard time figuring out how to add an article to a list

User story

As a new user of the app, I want to be able to know that the article toolbar is a place I can go to perform specific actions, such as adding an article to a reading list

Potential solutions

Make the Add to reading list message appear earlier
Show the toolbar when the user scrolls quickly either up or down
Change the color of the toolbar to make it more prominent when it is shown
