We refunded transactions 4000213091 and 4000213444 on October 15, but they haven't reached Civi.
The first got to 2018-10-18 22:12 REFUNDED (1800) at the console, the second 2018-10-18 22:12 REFUNDED (1800), so depending on what the audit looks for, could someone review for the 15th or the 18th to make sure we're not missing what we should be capturing?

I've pulled the audit files for both these dates and according to Ingenico, we've had 0 transactions on these dates, which I suspect is not correct.
Correction: we do have transactions for the dates mentioned, I was looking at the wrong audit file.

Not sure if this is related, but it looks like some Ingenico refunds from 1/30 and 2/1 are not yet in Civi. Sample IDs are:

They've made it up to status 900 at the console.
