Description

I talked about this check with @Quiddity last week after TechConf and we realized that this check would be better if it also tested against wikis in "group0" (see https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Deployments/One_week).

It would help detect regressions in the MediaWiki software sooner, specifically, before the problem starts to be cached by Varnish for Wikipedia.
