Hi,

I noticed that I cannot select a reason by keyboard in Special:Block

Steps to reproduce (blocking)

1. Go to test.wikipedia.org and login with account having sysop privileges
2. Go to https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Block/Martin_Urbanec_(test)
3. Press Tab, focus moved to the time selection field
4. Press Tab, focus moved to Reason field
5. Press "i" to select first reason starting with i
6. Nothing happens

Steps to reproduce (deleting)

1. Go to test.wikipedia.org and login with account having sysop privileges
2. Go to https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Aranya_petita&action=delete
3. Press Shift+Tab, focus moved to the Reason field
4. Press "v" to select first reason starting with v
5. Nothing happens

Instead of "Nothing happens" steps, the selectbox should automatically select first reason starting with letter types.

I use this method of reason-selection quite often and having to use mouse is slowering my work.

Please fix this soon.
