If I have a pdf file with a slash (/) in the name, the side by side editing do not view the image.

In the HTML, the "prp-page-image" <div> are empty

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a pdf file with a / in the name, eg. File:My/File.pdf
2. Create a Index page for the pdf file, eg Index:My/File.pdf
3. Edit a Page, eg. Page:My/File.pdf/1

Actual Results
No image is viewed

Expected Results
Image for the page should be viewed
