The goal of this task is to determine what is needed for Jade to be useful for the "site-wide patroller," a user who carries out patrolling actions on Wikipedia as they are concerned for the integrity of the whole site. The needs of this use case depends on the scale of the site; site-wide patrollers on smaller wikis can just use vanilla Recent Changes, while site-wide patrollers on larger wikis need more specialized tools. The site-wide patroller persona isn't reviewing articles necessary based on factual veracity, but adherence to site editorial guidelines and absence of obvious vandalism.
