The goal of this task is to determine what is needed for Jade to be useful to the "group-interest patroller," a user who works within a group of other volunteers dedicated to some editorial goal. Examples:

• A working group is dedicated to fixing biased content on Wikipedia. To this end, a group may be interested in patrolling articles in their space to detect bias.
• A WikiProject is interested in sailing, and ensuring that articles on sailing meet quality criteria. To this end, a group may be interested in patrolling edits made to articles about sailing.

Unlike the site-wide patrollers and personal-interest patrollers, there isn't really any tooling designed for this use case in mind. Personal-interest patrollers have watchlists, and site-wide patrollers have the recent changes feed and tools like Huggle. In the absence of an agreed-upon solution to this problem, it may be difficult to design for this use case.
