Description

Scenario:

Open a section for editing
Make an edit and press Publish
Publishing flow closes and article is reloaded
Scroll or load the article to the section edited in step 1. If multiple sections are edited (currently not possible but a future possibility) I should be take to the first edited section (T209510).

Bonus points if you can scroll to the specific content offset (T209509) of the elements changed, but not required for v1.

@NHarateh_WMF I'm having a bit of trouble getting this to work consistently. I worked on my first edit, but not on subsequent edits. I'm using the simulator though so will try again on my normal device.
