Description

Using Wikibase as a documentation system for federated queries requires adding new sparql endpoint to the whitelist. We need to figure out how to do this and document this.

The documentation for the whitelist location can be found in the README @ https://github.com/wmde/wikibase-docker/blob/master/wdqs/README.md#filesystem-layout

There is a /wdqs/whitelist.txt file containing the whitelist that you can override / mount over.
