Description

There are some issues in the banners on wikipedia.de that need to be fixed:

Acceptance Criteria

Clicking the "Wohin geht meine Spende?" link leads users to the use-of-funds page and does not open last year's numbers overlay.
The pmt parameter in the action attribute of the forms is removed.
The skin parameter in the action attribute of the forms are set to 0.
The piwik_kwd parameter of links is suffixed by _link.
