Some changes need to be applied to the mobile banners on enwiki, before we can start running the campaign (T207551).

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a space character between the amount and the currency symbol ("5 €") in the text message button's label.
• Both banners contain a notice below the submit button.
  • The notice states "Please note that the pages for completing your donation are in German."
  • The notice is styled like the notice regarding text messages.
• The date in the tracking parameters is changed to 181114.
• The progress bar uses the newly created campaign parameter file (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:WMDE_Fundraising/Campaign_Parameters_2018).
