@Jdforrester-WMF, looking at this list, it might be the easiest if you (or one of the others on the list) request the whitelisting from Freenode directly.

I assume based on other tickets, your talking about sigyn, just join #freenode-sigyn and explain the channel move and ask the whitelist to be updated iirc.
