Description

Logically new talks must use the talks engine like Flow to de created or wikicode but not a form.
Currently only red links of the category namespace doesn't redirect to Form Chooser.
I think any red links for all namespaces but content namespaces must not be redirected to the Form Chooser.

Good point - I just checked in a change for this, so now it only applies to content namespaces.
