Discussing T209454 with @kostajh, we found that it would be very useful to have an overview of all special pages, with a focus on whether they are reachable from an article or talk page (e.g. "View history"). In addition, let's aggregate the EditorJourney data we have so far and examine what special pages have been visited, to get a sense of whether there are patterns.

From there, we can then decide if there are special pages that need hashing of page titles.
