Further work for iOS app team's annual plan metrics
Closed, DeclinedPublic

Description

The main goal of the iOS app team is to increase the productivity of existing editors, not to increase the number of editors. Given the number of editors and edits are small for most wikis on the iOS app which leads to a wide CI, we'd like to modified our metrics that measures the imbalance in the edits/editor distribution. We've been thinking about the Gini coefficient of edits/editor, 1 edit/month editor proportion, 5+ edit/month editor proportion, and we'd like to explore others that may be more sensitive to changes.

Also, for all other annual plan metrics, we want to do a power analysis to get an idea about how many more editors we need to recruit for each target wikis, if we want to move our metrics for x percent.

@JMinor I believe we've pivoted away from this approach and are comfortable with the more basic approach to edits/editor, and are not focused on recruiting for "target" wikis - is that correct?
