If I click "Create Subtask" in this task, form 3 opens for me (basically form 1 without Priority field)...

This is weird. Also try edit task (form 10 too). I don't know, where deadline is needed (form 10), but we get this form almost on every occasion possible (except new tasks' simple form (1))

A few weeks after this task was created, https://secure.phabricator.com/T12588#242719 got implemented.
Currently, if I click Edit Related Tasks... > Create Subtasks in this task https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T209799 , I get a dialog to "Choose Subtype". That lists "New Task" (form 1), "Report Production Error" (form 46) and "New Bug Report" (form 43) for me.
Hence I cannot reproduce the issue (anymore) reported in this task. Can someone confirm?
