Update Grant Metrics documentation with new name and new functions

Description

Add new functions to the help docs and rename Event Metrics. New and improved functions include:

  • Downloading reports.
  • Event Setup, with explanation of requirements for new filters.
  • Category filter overall.
  • Update the name of the "'All edits" page.

We will create a separate help page that defines all Event Metrics metrics.

Yes, the three points is a mistake. My guess is that I generated this as a subtask. I just checked, and when you do that, the system duplicates the points of the parent in the child. I didn't know that...

@jmatazzoni Is this task still relevant? If it's not on the roadmap in the near term, can you take it off the Community-Tech board and instead track it on the Event Metrics board itself? It can be brought back to the commtech board when it's ready.

This is a ticket that will need to get done for the current Phase I project. So I don't understand why it would not be on the team board. Let's discuss in our meeting so I can understand your board-management theory.
