Description

Acceptance criteria:

Shorten the file name to the web directory root. Currently, it contains the name of the release folder, which makes it hard to group by file.
Extract the release number (timestamp) from the file name
map hostnames (e.g. "ds83-169-58-59.dedicated.hosteurope.de" to URLs). Or find a way to set the hostname properly when sending the message
