To reproduce, translate a text using CX2, highlight some text with an internal link in the source column, copy, and paste into the translation column. The text will be pasted as a link, and the link will point to an article in the source wiki.

This is probably not the desired behavior. It makes more sense to auto-adapt these links to point to the target wiki when the relevant articles are available, and to convert them to plain text or to gray links if it's not available.
