Deploy Wikisource extension to Wikimedia cluster

Description

The Wikisource extension has been created to host some Wikibase customization for Wikisource. It currently implements a fix for T180303 but its aims also at hosting other customization for Wikisources, not only related to Wikibase. It should be deployed to all *wikisource wikis on Wikimedia cluster after the usual review.

Needed for deployment of the extensions:

The extension claims to fix a problem yet current git master does nothing - where is that code?

@MaxSem Sorry, I missed your comment. We have now merged changes that solves task T180303 and I am working on T128173
But it would be nice to push T180303 to Wikisource without waiting for T128173
