Openstack-browser: showing bad/old DNS data

Description

https://tools.wmflabs.org/openstack-browser/project/deployment-prep has a lot of outdated DNS entries (I deleted some of those recently and the remaining ones were changed to use new IPs).

I see there is functools.lru_cache scattered around the codebase and especially the part in question, keystone_browser/zones.py. I am going to try restarting the tool.

Some IPs have updated on the openstack-browser page now but one is still wrong

Have just noticed that https://openstack-browser.toolforge.org/project/cloudinfra is still showing cloud-puppetmaster-01.cloudinfra.eqiad1.wikimedia.cloud. (as 172.16.4.166) and cloud-puppetmaster-02.cloudinfra.eqiad1.wikimedia.cloud. (as 172.16.4.167) despite them being deleted on 6th/7th March following T235218 - these do not show up in the Horizon list of records for the zone, and Designate is not serving them.
