For one reason or another the scripts container may occasionally fail. We should have some kind of monitoring that checks if the container is up and sends a notification.
We could just restart the container, but chances are the issue that caused it will simply occur and kill the container again.

I am a GSOC aspirant and wanted to contribute to Wikimedia Org. I want to start with this issue, I want to know what kind of notification do we exactly need here, I mean, is it an email or show it in web app or anything else? Thank you.
I think an email is probably the best bet. We're already displaying a notice on the tool if collection seems to have stopped (T216727).
I used gmail as the mail server and made a PR (https://github.com/Samwalton9/hashtags/pull/18). Can you let me know if there are any suggestions or changes.
