Description

This might be related to recent PayPal audit wobbles. cid=14758836 has two recently started recurring donations, I-XWKN57071ELU and I-ERDY25X3X3F3, but neither of them show any donations in Civi.

Do you know if we'd expect these to start processing, or would the best bet be to cancel them and invite the donor to create a new recurring donation? PayPal's console indicates that they will retry in the future, but @krobinson has managed a few like this and they generally do not start when PayPal says they will.

Event Timeline

In the IPN logs for XWKN57071ELU in November I see a two recurring_payment_skipped notifications and one recurring_payment_failed.
For ERDY25X3X3F3 I also see two _skipped and one _failed notification in November.

Guessing the person has something wrong with the payment method funding their account. I think if they sort that out, PayPal might try the subscription again next month?

Recurring payment failed
This transaction type is sent if:

The attempt to collect a recurring payment fails
The "max failed payments" setting in the customer's recurring payment profile is 0
In this case, PayPal tries to collect the recurring payment an unlimited number of times without ever suspending the > customer's recurring payments profile.
