Value proposition:

As a user, I want to download the SVG after I have partially or completely translated it so I may polish it in a photo editing software before uploading to Commons.

Acceptance criteria:

• The user can click the Download button on the Translation page to download the image SVG titled $imgname.svg
• The SVG contains the newly translated labels in addition to the previously existing translations
  • Not all labels may be translated. All labels translated at the time when user hits Download will be part of the downloaded file.
