Here's a list of a few solutions that I found that should technically work. Whether or not they meet the requirements for the meetings in terms of functions will have to be determined by someone with the relevant knowledge.

Left to do: list what functions are relevant for our meetings and which of these are covered by the tools.

This should in the end be a short 1-2 page report with recommendations from the office/board to the AGM.

I've sent a mail to Quickchannel asking if they meet the requirements and what the cost would be.

Also, investigate if they have prices without their staff on sight and with our own video equipment (i.e. we only need the software). Their pricing seem to be based on a lot of staff from them present.

I found another possible solution: Esessions (http://www.esessions.se). I've sent them an email asking if they meet the requirements and what it would cost.

I have added a section for the risk analysis now, and added a couple of risks identified. Please add other, or more specific ones (the two risks I added should perhaps be split up).
