His name is (as published on user page) František Ponížil, and that's pretty uncommon. He also wrote he's a priest. With those information, @Blahma, cs.wikipedia sysop, is convinced František Ponížil from http://www.animak.cz/animatori/tym/ and from Wikipedia is the same person. As such, I propose adding his email from that page to the account, so he can reset through the regular process.
