Description

Logic was set up a while ago to help us distinguish between preloaded images and actual image views, see T89088 and all the surrounding tasks and discussions. We should use that to fix the mediacounts dataset.

Pinging @Tgr but i think the logic to report mediacounts to varnish endpoint was dismantled at some point.
