h1-h6 styles are consistent, but perhaps a bit too much. Need to better differentiate between all of them, not just in size.

Possibilities include different font styles, fonts, extra/different underlines...

Concerns: need to keep headers larger than content, regardless of fonts. Inconsistencies with other skins should be considered, but do not neccessarily apply. Using colour is probably unwise, as we already have problems with too much colour in the skin.
