Create HiDPI logos for Wikisources using default logo

Description

No 1.5x or 2x logos appear to be set. Need to render some and apply them. Affects multilingual and many latin-script wikisources.

@Isarra Any idea what are the other latin-script wikisources are using that logo? Patch is already applied for mul.ws and en.ws

sv, es, ro, pt, nl, ja, it, id, <s>hr</s>, gl, fo, de, da, ang are the other wikisources using default project logo

I'm guessing you'd need to look at the config to find out, but if that's where you got your list, you're already way ahead of me.
