Cannot add yue.wt sitelinks onto Wikidata items

Description

The Cantonese Wiktionary (yue.wiktionary.org) opened earlier this year, but we still can't add yue.wt sitelinks to Wikidata items.

Please add this functionality.

So I'm going to add yue to the langlist (Reading the discussion T209820#4777281 forward). This might have unforeseen consequences but there is no other way to handle it beside changing yuewiktionary database name to zh_yuewiktionary which is almost impossible (take for example renaming be-x-old, how fun was that).

Please, please, please don't ever rename yuewiktionary to zh_yuewiktionary.
It is zh_yuewiki that should be renamed yuewiki, not the other way round
