Description

As soon as we have a Central notice-banner informing readers about what it is in place the Samsyn wiki can be opened up for reading for everyone.

Changing the viewing restrictions cannot be done on-wiki, as it requires editing LocalSettings.php. It's not something I have access to, I don't know about Sebastian. If not, then the provider will have to do that.
