Send letter to all members who have paid for 2016 but not 2017 or 2018. Write something like "We have your contact information because you have previously been a member or donated to Wikimedia Sverige. We would be happy to have you as a member for 2019 - please use the attached payment information if you want to be a member in WMSE in 2019. If we hear nothing from you, we will remove your information from our systems early 2019".

The letter was sent to about 65 persons. Some letters were returned to the office because the recipient had changed their address.
During December, 12 persons paid the invoices we sent. A further 8 paid in January. One person made a donation of 200 SEK when they paid their membership fee.
