I can't upload by URL this file https://archive.org/download/lillustrationjou04pari/lillustrationjou04pari.djvu
The error message is "The file you uploaded seems to be empty. This might be due to a typo in the filename. Please check whether you really want to upload this file."
However the file is perfectly OK. Can be reproduced easily.

Idem for https://archive.org/download/lillustrationjou03pari/lillustrationjou03pari.djvu
but file is OK https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:L%27Illustration,_March-August_1844.djvu
