Description

We have not bumped wt2html resource limits for a long time even after more than a year of performance and other tweaking.

We should bump limits in the deploy repo: bump wikitext size to 1.25M, # transclusions to 25K, # table cells and # list items to 40K and see how we do.

This is something to do in January.
