Example
user contributions search:

• Namespace = all
• From date = 2018-12-18
• To date= 2018-12-18
• Results contain= all edits on 18 Dec 2018 + all edits on flow talk pages for all times (in this example, since 2016 until 2018)

You'll found that flow talk pages for all times still appear in the results, although the date is allocated.

It's not specific in Wikidata, as I faced the problem at first on Arabic Wikipedia.
