Find an other place to store speaker items id

Description

Currently, the items of the speakers attached to a user are stored in its user preferences. This works well unless the user reset all its preferences, including the ones related to the RecordWizard.

The RecordWizard-related user options will from now on be stored in a RecordWizard.json user subpage ([[Special:MyPage/RecordWizard.json]]).

This has be done in commits bbcfe3f8, f4f9b085 and 1ec3d7aa.

A migration script is now available inside the maintenance folder.
