p-views tab bar is too big in local version of global user page with French l10n

Description

The labels of tabs in #p-views bar change after page loading.
From MediaWiki:visualeditor-ca-createlocal to MediaWiki:visualeditor-ca-createlocaldescriptionsource.

This leads to not updating tab arrangement: the bar is too big, without collapsing a tab to More tab

If I reduce window size, then I enlarge back the window, one tab is well collapsed under More tab.

From MediaWiki:visualeditor-ca-createlocal to MediaWiki:visualeditor-ca-createlocaldescriptionsource.

This is a bug. The 'createlocaldescriptionsource' message is supposed to only be used on description pages for files that are copied from Commons (e.g. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fichier:Chaumont_sur_Loire_-_Bords_de_Loire_(03).jpg). Looks like the same incorrectly happens for global user pages that are copied from Meta.
