A dozen or so of failmails with the subject of 'Fail Mail (civi1001) run-job: Fetch CiviMail Bounces failed with code 1' came up during the holiday period. Looks like we need to track down an affected email and reproduce to determine exactly what's up.

these have stopped. Could be a number of reasons (incl server updates & civi updates) - closing as I think we are 'present-focussed' on failmail errors
