"ex" evaluates to 14 in AbuseFilterParser

Description

While trying to introduce new filtering functions, I noticed a weird and funny bug: if you type ex in Special:AbuseFilter/tools (without quotes), it'll evaluate to 14. I'm not sure why, but this must not happen.
