For some partners, we approve a batch of users, send their details on to the partner, who then sends us a list of usernames and passwords to share on to users. We could support a system of inputting these logins into the Library Card platform so that we have them on file should users need them as well as facilitating the easy distribution of them to users, without a coordinator needing to send out emails manually.

- This _could_ play into the Access Codes changes in some way, though not directly - in effect we're marking as sent and _then_ sending on to users. At any rate we could use the customised Mark as Sent interface to have username/password text boxes instead of access codes or something.
