I've reserved 10.64.40.74 and hostname will be frav1002.frack.eqiad.wmnet.
The first two ethernet ports should be connected one each to both switches. It's not super-important, but traffic-wise it would make sense to connect eth0 to the opposite switch from where frlog1001's eth0 is connected.
The ports should be assigned to the frack-administration vlan.
