Disable 2FA for Hume42

Description

User:Hume42 had his mobile phone stolen a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the scratch codes were stored only in that device, so that he can't recover his account anymore.

Please remove the 2FA from his account: Hume42

As a Wikimedia Steward I can also confirm his identity and prove his ownership of the account Hume42 via private conversation with the user.

@RuyP would it be possible for him to email ca at wikimedia dot org from the email address associated with his account? That would provide one more layer of certainty to this. Thanks!

This is done now, @RuyP - and I have sent Hume42 an email to that effect.
