How many times were you able to reproduce it?

Not frequent, 1/10ish

Steps to reproduce

Open any article (or series of articles in succession)
Leave the article open and return to the home screen
Use other apps, use phone as normal for a few hours or a day
Return to the Wikipedia app

Expected results

Article is still visible

Actual results

Article view is empty, only the lead image remains

Environments observed

Occurs on 6.2 betas and 6.1.4, iOS 12, didn't regress with older builds

I've been unable to reproduce this by just leaving the article open and leaving/returning to the app. Of the approximately 50 times I've tried, I am not seeing it except perhaps in the relation to a device system message or dialog. For example, on the iPad, I was able to reproduce it once when I got a low battery warning. I will keep trying and if I find good steps I can write up a more specific bug.

Thanks @ABorbaWMF I'm going to put this back in backlog. If we get other reports or repro cases, we can put back into 6.2.1 or 6.3
