Description

Steps to reproduce:

Register as a new user to wikipedia
Go to the captcha entering screen
Change the screen/ Switch to a different screen or app( Without pressing the back button)
Navigate back to our app

::The text that you have entered in the edit text has now been removed. While the captcha remains the same
Issue: The text should have been retained in the editText
