After using the back button on the VE tool bar, MT warning messages are slow to display -- or don't display at all.

To replicate:

1. Translate 3 or 4 paragraphs using any translation engine.
2. Use the VE Undo button to clear the paragraphs. (Notice that the Issues panel does not change – it still displays warnings, even though the offending paragraphs are gone.)
3. Clear any warnings from Issues panel, so you can clearly see what happens next.
4. Start translating paragraphs again. MT warnings do not appear promptly, as expected.

I get varying results on step 4 above. Sometimes I get to the 3rd or 4th paragraph translation and the expected MT warnings suddenly show up all together. Sometimes they simply don’t show up at all.
