Before Christmas I could see that when driving my phone the firstVisualChange and the firstPaint for Chrome could differ -500 ms (that's a lot). I've seen the same on the phones on WebPageTest.

But then when I ran without a proxy, the difference was much smaller. Let me collect some metrics and the look into if there's something special that can make the metrics differs when using WebPageReplay
